Hi, I’m Sarah.
My love for running started at a very young age. My mom says I started running shortly after I learned to walk. I was always chasing after our family dogs and cats, playing tag with our sheep, or running to catch falling leaves from the trees. By the time I was 8 years old I had already started running competitively. I loved how free I felt when I ran. I competed in many road races, cross country races, and track meets from elementary school through college. I won races, set school records, and had a lot of fun running. I had amazing races that felt easy, and I had hard races that made me feel like running was one of the hardest things I’d ever done. I’ve had races that made me cry with tears of pain, and tears of joy. Along the way I’ve had many amazing coaches, and some not so amazing coaches too. I have coached myself and many friends and family members for decades, and now I’m here to help coach you! My thirty + years of competitive running experience has resulted in a lot of wisdom about how to connect-with your body to achieve whatever wins you’re aiming for. Whether it’s just personal wins you’re after, or big races, my goal as a running coach is to inspire you to find the JOY in running. Running as a sport can be fun, and a great way to challenge yourself—but I find the spirit of running to be the most important part of running. When you connect with that, you truly FLY. I am currently not taking on any more clients. I have an awesome group of runners that are keeping me busy. Below you will find my training plans and packages. Send me an email if you want to get on my coaching waitlist. Keep believing in yourself and crushing on the trails! ♥
ONLINE TRAINING PLANS
Online training plans start at $150.00 a month. Custom training plans: how to start running, how to run your first 5k, 10k, half marathon, or ultra marathon. It can take time to build a relationship with you, so I recommend you sign up for at least 3 months of training plans, so I can get to know you and help you improve in the areas that you need the most.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING SESSIONS
One on One training is $150.00 for one hour session. These sessions are best in person. I am available in person if you live within two hours of Truckee, California. But we can also do these training sessions over video chat if that sounds good to you. And if you sign up for a monthly online plan you can run one on one with me for $40.00 an hour.
Mental Strength Meditation Package
Mental Strength Meditation package $400.00. Explore the power of your mind to increase your mental strength. This package includes 4 guided meditations to help guide you to tap into your mental strength to find more success in your running. These meditations will focus on your breath and the movement of running. You will get instructions on how to use each meditation, and how to use you mental strength in workouts and races.
Run with Heart Online Course
Deep dive into your heart and soul to find your flow state. Online workshop to guide you to connect to your mind and spirit. Learn to run with your heart and get into your flow state. Coming soon!!!
